Caroline Smith began teaching movement in 2015 after spending the first two decades of her life naturally exploring boundaries, self, & environment by way of various forms of movement. Her studies began in Vinyasa (200 RYT), and eventually took her to Yin (100 RYT). Nowadays, she’s a student of somatic movement & working as a full spectrum birth Doula.

Caroline’s work finds its roots in the redwoods & the sea, grows within the medicine of plant & ancestral kin, & blooms in the curiosity of relating to land, self, community, & dreams. She loves to share plant knowledge through her work as a folk herbalist, and extend an invitation to all to sit with the various layers of self & commune with stillness, silence, & tend the inner realms accordingly.

Wendy Shaw Dahl is a Physical Therapist who became a mother. As a P.T. she rehabilitated hundreds of patients in hospitals and in out-patient private practice. As a mother Wendy helped friends, family and herself avoid pain and injuries during pregnancy and after their babies were born. Combining knowledge and experience, Wendy began catering physical therapy to pre and post natal moms in 2005.

Donna Helete is a relationship tender, mentor, community builder, and non-profit leader. She became a single mother to her two adult children 9 years ago when her husband died. Her real life credentials and experience with community grief rituals informed her career shift into grief work which includes two years as a hospice bereavement counselor, paying forward the support she once received.

“Creativity permeates to each corner of my life. From the art I create in my studio to what I wear, I feel expression of self is explored in all parts of our lives. I truly enjoy sharing the process of making art with others, especially mixed media collage.’” Jennifer Randall
